2.2 Misleading or Deceptive Content

Prohibited under the Fair Trading Act 1986:

• False or misleading photographs (using others' photos, heavily edited images)
• Misrepresentation of age, physical characteristics, or services
• False availability or pricing information
• Fake reviews or testimonials
• Impersonation of other service providers

2.3 Inappropriate or Offensive Content

• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability
• Excessive violence or gore
• Content that demeans or dehumanizes individuals or groups
• Spam, malware, or malicious links
• Unsolicited commercial messages

2.4 Privacy Violations

• Sharing others' personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Non-consensual intimate images
• Screenshots of private conversations
• Client information or booking details

3.1 Platform Abuse

• Creating multiple fake accounts
• Automated scraping or data harvesting
• Circumventing security measures or access controls
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
• DDoS attacks or intentional service disruption
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for unauthorized access

3.2 Harassment and Abuse

• Stalking, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Unwanted sexual advances or harassment
• Repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop
• Blackmail or extortion
• Sharing private information to intimidate or harm

3.3 Financial Misconduct

• Payment fraud or chargebacks abuse
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Using stolen credit cards or payment methods
• Artificially inflating prices to exploit customers

3.4 Unfair Competition

• Posting false negative information about competitors
• Sabotaging others' advertisements or profiles
• Poaching clients through our messaging system inappropriately
• Price fixing or anti-competitive coordination

4.1 Legal Compliance

All users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable New Zealand laws
• Maintain valid business registrations if required
• Comply with tax obligations
• Hold valid legal rights to perform sex work in New Zealand (NZ citizens, permanent residents, or residence class visa holders only)
• Comply with safer sex practices as required by the Prostitution Reform Act 2003
• Not advertise services that imply unprotected sexual contact

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Using strong, unique passwords
• Enabling two-factor authentication when available
• Immediately reporting unauthorized access
• Not sharing your account with others

4.3 Professional Conduct

Service providers must:

• Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Honor advertised rates and services
• Maintain respectful communication
• Handle disputes privately and professionally
• Update availability and information accurately

4.4 Client Conduct

Clients must:

• Communicate respectfully with service providers
• Honor agreed-upon arrangements
• Respect boundaries and consent
• Not attempt to negotiate unsafe practices
• Maintain discretion and privacy
