The billing rules that apply to every listing on Muse Escorts. These terms sit alongside, and form part of, our Terms of Service.

These Subscription Terms apply to every person or business that lists one or more escort profiles on Muse Escorts. That includes independent escorts with a single profile and agencies that manage multiple profiles on roster. In these terms, "you" means the account holder responsible for the listing, "we", "us", and "Muse" mean Muse Escorts Platform Ltd, and a "live escort profile" means any profile that is publicly visible in our directory on a given day of a weekly billing cycle.
By creating a listing, keeping a listing live, or clicking to accept these terms at signup or checkout, you agree to be bound by them.

Every escort and agency that creates an account before 31 December 2026 at 23:59 New Zealand time (the "Founder Launch Cutoff") lists for free under the founder launch offer. During this period:
The founder launch is a promotional offer and we make no representation that it will be extended. We will not end the founder launch earlier than the Founder Launch Cutoff for accounts that have already signed up, except where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

After the Founder Launch Cutoff, a paid subscription is required for any escort profile that remains live on Muse. If you take no action, any profile that is still live on the first weekly cycle after the cutoff will roll into paid weekly billing. This is the founder launch converting into a paid subscription.
Before that happens, we will let you know. Our current plan is to send written notice to the email address on your account at approximately 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before the Founder Launch Cutoff, and to show an in-app banner inside your dashboard through the same period. Those notices will include the current price, the start date of your first billing cycle, a link to add a payment method, and a link to pause or archive your listings if you do not wish to continue. We reserve the right to adjust the notice schedule provided you receive clear written notice that billing is about to begin.
If you do not add a payment method before your first billing cycle begins, your listings will not be charged. Instead, they will be set to an unpaid state in line with Section 8 (What happens if payment fails).

The current subscription price is NZD $30 per week per live escort profile, quoted in New Zealand dollars. All prices on the Muse website and within your dashboard are GST inclusive. Muse Escorts Platform Ltd is a New Zealand registered company and will be registered for Goods and Services Tax under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985. GST at the prevailing rate (currently 15%) is included in the advertised price. You will receive a tax invoice for each billing cycle that satisfies the requirements of sections 24 and 24B of the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985.
The billing cycle is weekly. A "week" for billing purposes begins on the day your account first becomes billable and repeats every seven (7) days thereafter. The price shown is the price for one weekly cycle for one live escort profile.
Payment is taken in advance for the upcoming week. When a new weekly cycle starts, we count the number of escort profiles that are live on your account at the moment the cycle starts, and charge accordingly.

Agencies are billed per escort on roster. At the start of each weekly cycle we count the number of escort profiles on your agency account that are currently live, and charge NZD $30 (GST inclusive) for each one. All roster charges for a given week are combined into a single tax invoice issued to the agency account.
You can add or remove escorts from your roster at any time. Adding a new escort mid-cycle does not trigger a pro-rata mid-cycle charge. That new profile will be counted at the start of the next weekly cycle. Removing or archiving an escort stops future billing for that profile from the next weekly cycle onwards. No partial refund is issued for the portion of the current week already paid for.
The agency account holder is solely responsible for paying all subscription fees incurred across its roster. Individual escorts listed by an agency are not billed directly by Muse.

You can pause, archive, or delete any listing at any time from your dashboard. There is no lock-in period, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee.
We do not need a reason to cancel, and we do not require you to call or email to cancel. Self-service actions in your dashboard are sufficient. If you would still like to speak to us, write to support@museescorts.co.nz.

Because billing is weekly and short, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a week when you cancel, pause, or archive a listing. Your subscription simply ends at the close of the week you have already paid for.
This refund position does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA"). Where our advertising platform services are supplied to you as a "consumer" within the meaning of the CGA, we guarantee that those services will be supplied with reasonable care and skill, be reasonably fit for the purpose you told us about, and be delivered within a reasonable time. If we fail to meet those guarantees, you are entitled to the remedies in the CGA, which may include a refund, repeat performance, or reasonable compensation. Nothing in these Subscription Terms attempts to contract out of the CGA where it is unlawful to do so.
We may also choose to issue a discretionary refund or credit where a platform-side technical fault has prevented your listing from appearing on the directory for a meaningful part of a weekly cycle. To request a refund on that basis, email support@museescorts.co.nz within 14 days of the affected week.

If a weekly charge is declined by your payment method, we will retry the charge for up to seven (7) days and notify you by email. During that period your listings will remain live so you have time to update your payment details.
If payment has not been successfully collected by the end of that retry period, your listings will be set to inactive and taken off the public directory. Your account and your underlying profile data are not deleted when this happens. You can bring your account back into good standing at any time by updating your payment method and settling any unpaid weekly cycles for the weeks you wish to reactivate.
If your account remains in an unpaid state for more than ninety (90) days with no response to our emails, we may archive your profile data and remove your account in line with our Data Retention and Deletion Policy.

We may change the weekly subscription price from time to time. If we increase the price, we will give existing paying subscribers at least thirty (30) days' written notice by email before the new price takes effect, and we will display the change clearly on the pricing page and inside your dashboard.
If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you can pause, archive, or delete your listings before the new price takes effect and you will not be charged the new amount. Continuing to keep any listing live after the notice period means you accept the new price.
If the GST rate set by the New Zealand government changes, the GST inclusive price displayed on our site will be updated to reflect the new rate. A change in the GST rate is not a price increase for the purposes of this section.

Payments are processed by a third party payment provider. Card details and other payment credentials are collected and stored by that provider under its own terms of service and privacy policy, not by Muse. We receive a confirmation of payment success or failure and a limited token that lets us charge the same card on the next weekly cycle.
The name of our current payment provider will be disclosed at the checkout step and in your tax invoices, and updated here as soon as the provider is selected. Using the Muse subscription means you also agree to the terms of that third party provider as they apply to the payment transaction. We will give you reasonable prior notice if we change payment providers.

The weekly subscription fee is a fee for directory advertising space only. It buys you the right to keep one live escort profile visible on the Muse Escorts directory for one week, along with the dashboard tools associated with that listing.
The subscription fee is not a commission, referral fee, booking fee, or revenue share of any kind. Muse Escorts is an advertising directory. We do not arrange, facilitate, broker, or take a cut of anything that happens between an advertiser and a person who contacts them after seeing their listing. All money exchanged between advertisers and their clients is between those parties and is not collected, held, or touched by Muse. We reserve the right to decline a subscription, or to suspend or terminate an existing subscription, where the account or any listing breaches our Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Content Guidelines, or applicable New Zealand law including the Prostitution Reform Act 2003, the Crimes Act 1961, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993.
Where we terminate an account for serious or repeated breach, no refund of any unused portion of the current weekly cycle is issued. Where we terminate an account for reasons other than breach, any prepaid weekly fee for weeks that have not yet started will be refunded.

Emails we send you about your subscription, for example the launch conversion reminders, tax invoices, failed payment notices, and price change notices, are commercial electronic messages that relate to an existing commercial relationship between you and Muse. You consent to receive them for as long as you hold an account with us. These messages are transactional and are sent on the basis of your ongoing subscription in line with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
Marketing emails that are separate from your subscription are only sent with your express consent, and every one of them contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect the billing and subscription emails described above, because we need to send those to administer the subscription you chose.

You agree that these Subscription Terms, any amendments to them, and any other documents associated with your subscription (including tax invoices) may be signed, delivered, and retained electronically in line with Part 4 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017. Your electronic acceptance at signup, at checkout, or by continuing to keep any listing live after a notice of change, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

All fees are quoted and payable in New Zealand dollars (NZD). These Subscription Terms are governed by the law of New Zealand, and any dispute that arises out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Small claims may also be taken to the Disputes Tribunal where the matter falls within its jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Privacy Act 2020, or from making a complaint to a regulator such as the Commerce Commission or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
If you have a billing dispute, please first contact support@museescorts.co.nz so we have a fair chance to resolve it directly.

These Subscription Terms are incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Content Guidelines, and our Data Retention and Deletion Policy. If there is any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the main Terms of Service on the specific subject of billing, payment, price changes, or cancellation, these Subscription Terms take precedence for that subject. On any other subject, the main Terms of Service take precedence.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes that affect price or the billing cycle will be notified on at least thirty (30) days' written notice as described in Section 9. Other changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date refreshed accordingly. Continuing to keep any listing live after a change means you accept the updated terms.
