Update agency settings
Agency name, branding, contact, hours, services, payment methods.
Agency settings apply across every escort on your roster. Your agency name, logo, and tagline appear on every profile that belongs to your agency. Only the owner can save changes; managers and receptionists see the page in read-only mode.
Open Settings from the sidebar. The Save Settings button sits in a sticky bar at the top, so you can edit any section and save once at the end.
Basic Information
Edit Agency Name and Display Name (how your agency shows publicly), then write a short pitch in Agency Description.
Branding
Upload a square Logo (400 by 400 pixels works well) and a wide Banner Image (1920 by 400 pixels). Add a one-line Taglinethat appears under your agency name on the public page.
Contact Information
Set Public Location (for example, Auckland or Wellington). Add a Website if you have one. Business Address is private and not shown publicly.
Operating Hours
Set a start and end time for each day of the week (New Zealand time). Toggle the Closed switch on any day you do not operate.
Services Offered and Payment Methods
Tick the services your agency provides (8 options including Full Service, Massage, Couples, GFE, Incalls, Outcalls, Bi Double, Straight Double). Tick the payment methods you accept (Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer).
Notifications
Two toggles at the bottom of the page: System Notifications for important platform updates and security notices, and Marketing Communications for platform tips and promotional content.
