Manage staff and team access
Invite team members, set their role, remove access.
Staff are extra people who can sign in and help run your agency, like a manager who handles the roster or a receptionist who answers calls. The owner stays the only billing and legal contact. Only owners and managers can change staff or roles.
Invite a team member
- Open Staff from the sidebar.
- Click Invite Staff.
- Enter their Full Name and Email Address.
- Pick a Role: Manager, Receptionist, or Escort.
- Click Send Invitation.
They get an email with a signup link. When they click it they create their account and land in your agency dashboard with the role you picked. Owner cannot be assigned at invite time.
Change a member's role
- Find the member's card on the Staff page.
- Click their role badge next to Role.
- Pick a new role in the Change User Role dialog (Owner, Manager, Receptionist, or Escort).
- Click Update Role.
The Make Manager and Make Receptionist buttons on each card do the same thing in one click. The owner role cannot be changed from this page.
Remove a team member
- Find the member's card.
- Click the red trash icon.
- Confirm in the Remove Staff Member dialog.
Resend or cancel a pending invite
Pending invites show a pending badge. Click Resend to send the email again, or click the red trash icon and confirm Cancel Invitationto revoke it.
