Add a tour
Temporarily list yourself in another city for a date range.
Availability and tours are managed from your profile editor after onboarding. To set up your profile for the first time, see the onboarding guide.
How tours work
A tour temporarily moves your listing to another city for a date range. Add the city, choose start and end dates, and your profile shows in that city for those days. When the end date passes, the tour ends on its own and your listing returns to your home city.
How to add a tour
- From your dashboard, click Edit Profile.
- Open the Touring section.
- Under Add New Tour, pick a Touring Region and City/Suburb.
- Choose a Start Date and End Date.
- Add anything useful in Notes (optional).
- Click Add Tour.
How to edit a tour
- Scroll down to Upcoming Tours.
- Find the tour and click the Edit (pencil) button.
- Change the city, dates, or notes in the form above.
- Click Update Tour to save, or Cancel to discard.
How to extend a tour
- In Upcoming Tours, click Edit on the tour you want to extend.
- Push the End Date out to the new date.
- Click Update Tour.
How to cancel or delete a tour
- In Upcoming Tours, find the tour.
- Click the Delete (trash) button next to it.
- The tour is removed from the list.
How to control tour visibility
- At the top of the section, find Tour Visibility.
- Switch it on for Public or off for Private.
- When private, upcoming tours are hidden from clients.
Tour status badges
Each tour in Upcoming Tours shows a status. Scheduled means the start date has not arrived yet. Active means today is between the start and end dates. Completed means the end date has passed.
There is no separate button to end a tour early or cancel an upcoming one. To shorten a tour, click the pencil icon and pull the End Date back. To remove an upcoming tour entirely, click the trash icon to delete it.
While you are on tour your listing appears in the tour city, not your home city. It switches over on the start date and reverts automatically when the end date passes. You do not need to do anything to come home.
